Charge 1

When the unit is turned on, charge starts at charging ring and works itself back down the line, through the pump and into the tank changing all ions positive. 

Charge 2

All the positive ions from the tank are pumped from the tank through the pump and charged again at the charging ring all prior to becoming atomized.

How it works?

All the spray droplets are pumped through an electrostatic charging ring and then exits through the nozzle.
 
The electrostatic positive charge inserted into the droplet enables the droplet to uniformly cover surfaces.
The droplets which have been electrostatically-charged have force of attraction 75x that of gravity allowing them to reverse direction, move upwards against gravity and wrap around the target--coating all hidden surface areas and providing complete and total coverage.

  • How does Electrostatic technology works?
    Atomized droplets pass an electrode inside the nozzle. Negatively charged electrons are attached to the droplets. The droplets will reverse direction and move against gravity to coat even hidden surfaces. The negatively charged droplets are carried in an air stream towards the surface. Since the surface has a neutral positive charge, the droplets are magnetically attracted to the surface.
